Size and stock a forward area for split-pallet and split-case picks. Pallet operations and layout; Order-picking in high-volume and in low-volume environments; Benchmarking warehouse performance; Maintaining inventory accuracy; Warehouse Management Systems; and Issues and trends in automation.
