The Higher Diploma of Biomedical Science Program at Alfaisal University Riyadh is a post-graduate training program designed to provide advanced competencies in biomedical science. This program prepares students to become successful biomedical scientists, medical researchers and professionals in various industries and settings. The program is a one-year degree program divided into two semesters of study. During each semester, students must complete a minimum of 12 credit hours of core and subject based courses, which are divided into theory classes, practical classes and group projects. The core curriculum includes biomedical science core subjects such as analytical chemistry, infectious diseases, clinical embryology clinical anatomy, transfusion medicine & stem cells, bioinformatics, biochemistry, immunology, and laboratory management.
