The aim of the course is to offer analytical and practical knowledge in strategic change and implementation. Participants will gain insights into the problems of strategic change. They should develop a solid knowledge of the basic concepts and theories of strategic change and implementation. The focus is on how companies can achieve and sustain competitive advantage across different contexts. This question is discussed on the basis of theories, empirical findings, and practical examples. Students should be able to analyze the external and internal environments of companies and identify the associated opportunities and risks to make sound strategic decisions
